1. Processing and Manufacturing

1) Sharp edges of all processed pieces should be removed, no surface damage;

2) All welded pieces should be solid and the welding line is smoothly-done.

2. Allowable Error

1)The allowance of length, width and height is in 2mm;

2)After erection of Mezzanine Floor, the vertical allowance between top side and bottom side is less than 5 mm

3. Surface Treatment of Racking

Degreasing (oil-removing) →acid washing (rust-removing) →phosphating (to add the adhesive force) →pre-drying→ powder coating →solidifying and leveling →cooling

4. Quality showing

1) All parts of Mezzanine Floor should be smooth, no edges.

2) The color should be pure, and the surface of all parts is smooth and no scratches.

5. Labels and Packing

1)The underlay should be set when packing to prevent damages. Cartons are used for packing small items and standard pieces. Stickers should be put on each item.

2)The packed goods should be subject to the transportation of vessels.
